Venue 

The Conference will be held at Hawke Building, City West Campus, North Terrace,  University of South Australia

Registration Desk Opening Times 

Tuesday – 4.30pm – 6.30pm
Wednesday – 8.00am – 5.30pm
Thursday – 8.00am – 5.30pm
Friday – 8.00am – 1.30pm

Conference Welcome and Opening 

The Conference Welcome Reception will be at the Museum of Discovery (MOD) located at North Terrace adjacent to Morphett St between 5.00pm and 7.00pm on Tuesday 29th June.

Parallel Sessions 

The first parallel sessions of the Conference will commence at 9.00 am on Wednesday 30 June in the Hawke Building on level 4.

Conference Closing 

The Conference will conclude with lunch on Friday 1st July. 

Refreshments 

Morning and afternoon teas and lunches are included in the Conference registration fee.

Sustainable practices

If you have them, please bring a KeepCup™ for tea/coffee, a refillable water bottle and a previous ASERA Conference bag to reduce single useage.

Special Diets 

If you have indicated a special dietary requirement on your registration form, please identify yourself to the Registration Desk and they will be pleased to assist. 

Name Badges 

Delegates will be provided with a name badge, which must be worn at all times within the Conference venue, particularly at catering breaks. 

Internet Access 

Free Wi-Fi is available for Conference delegates throughout the Conference venue. 

Mobile Phones 

As a courtesy to presenters and other delegates, please ensure that all mobile phones are turned off or on silent mode during all sessions and social functions.
