The Conference will be held at,
Registration Desk Opening Times
Tuesday – 4.30pm – 6.30pm (at MOD)
Wednesday – 8.00am – 5.30pm
Thursday – 8.00am – 5.30pm
Friday – 8.00am – 1.30pm
Morning and afternoon teas and lunches are included in the Conference registration fee.
If you have them, please bring a KeepCup™ for tea/coffee, a refillable water bottle and a previous ASERA Conference bag to reduce single useage.
If you have indicated a special dietary requirement on your registration form, please identify yourself to the Registration Desk and they will be pleased to assist.
As a courtesy to presenters and other delegates, please ensure that all mobile phones are turned off or on silent mode during all sessions and social functions.
Conference Welcome and Opening
The Conference Welcome Reception will be at thelocated at North Terrace adjacent to Morphett St between 5.00pm and 7.00pm on Tuesday 29th June.
It will include a Welcome to Country and a chance to interact with the exhibitions at MOD.
There will also be an opportunity to experience immersive VR and explore its educational possibilities.
The first parallel sessions of the Conference will commence at 9.00 am on Wednesday 30 June in the Hawke Building on level 4.
The Conference will conclude with lunch on Friday 2nd July.
Delegates will be provided with a name badge, which must be worn at all times within the Conference venue, particularly at catering breaks.
Free Wi-Fi is available for Conference delegates throughout the Conference venue.
